提案評選分為「初審」、「複審」及「決審」三階段，最終入選提案即可執行。

• 初審

提案繳件資料審查。

• 複審

審查提案內容之適宜性，議決進入決審之提案。

• 決審

進入決審之提案應指派代表進行簡報及答詢，非臺灣地區同仁可採視訊方式進行。由決審委員會進行評選獲補助提案。

• 提案複審及決審評選要項如下：

1.完整:具體說明提案內容及執行方式
2.創新:依據集團企業永續推動架構四大主軸與重大議題內容提案且具創新性
3.可行:提案整體規劃及資源配置合理可行，且考量智財權及資訊機密
4.價值:為集團創造之CSR具體效益與附加價值​

The selection of proposals is carried out in three stages: preliminary review, secondary review, and final review

•  Preliminary Review

Review the completeness of proposal documents.

 

• Secondary Review

Review the suitability of proposal and select proposals for final review.

 

• Final Review

The members of the selected proposals will be called for a presentation and Q&A, members out of Taiwan may conduct the presentation through video conference.

 

• Selection Aspects and Criteria for Proposals

1.Completeness : Description of subjects and implementation of the proposals.
2.Innovation: The proposal is innovative and emphasizes on the four key aspects and identified materiality issues of CTCI Group.
3.Feasibility : The planning and resources allocation of the proposal are feasible, with the consideration of intellectual propety  rights and information security. 
4.Value: Creates CSR value and benefits for CTCI Group
